  1. How much does it cost to access the Gluten Free Cosmetics List?
    The Gluten Free Cosmetics List is offered as a six or twelve month auto-renewable subscription. You can choose to pay $14.97 every 6 months or $24.97 every 12 months.
  2. Why do you charge for this information?
    We work to add, check products and manufacturers on our list weekly, so we can have the largest gluten free cosmetics and self-care products list that we know of, available for you to view. Our subscription fees help us cover the cost of maintaining the product list.
  3. Can I try the list for free?
    We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on each of our plans, within the first 30 days of the initial subscription purchase. You can cancel your subscription anytime in the future if you wish, also. If you choose to cancel your subscription, login to the member site, click on the support menu option (top right of home page) and send the completed contact form with a refund request. Your purchase will be refunded, if you cancel within the first 30 days of the initial subscription purchase.
  4. Who created the cosmetics list?
    The Gluten Free Cosmetics List is a product of Gluten Free Life LLC. In addition to this cosmetics list, we operate Gluten-Free Hub, a popular gluten free lifestyle website.
  5. How do you know the products are gluten free?
    We have had direct contact via (website, email or phone) with the manufacturers on our cosmetics list, and we only list their products that do not contain ingredients derived from wheat, barley, rye or oats. We also check products from the manufacturers regularly to see if they claim it’s still gluten free. We do encourage all of our subscribers to take the information we give them and contact the manufacturers directly themselves, prior to use, via (website, email or phone). This helps you ensure their products are currently gluten free.
  6. Can I ask you to research cosmetics brands or specific products for me?
    Yes! One of the best ways for us to build the list is for you to submit new cosmetics company names and/or product labels you would like us to check on. Simply fill out the contact form in the member area when you are logged in to submit your ideas.
  7. How often will my credit card be billed?
    Your credit card will be billed every 6 months or every 12 months until you cancel your subscription, depending on which payment option you chose.
  8. How do you process credit cards?
    We use PayPal to process all of our transactions.
  9. I don’t want to use a credit card. Can I still subscribe?
    PayPal allows you to pay with either a credit card or your checking account. It’s safe, simple and secure!
  10. I lost my username and/or password. How can I get back in?
    Please use the password retrieval form on the login page.
