  1. How much does it cost to access the Gluten Free Cosmetics List?
    The Gluten Free Cosmetics List is offered as a renewable subscription. You can choose to pay $14.97 every 6 months or $24.97 every 12 months.
  2. Why do you charge for this information?
    On our original Gluten Free Cosmetics List, we didn’t charge a dime, but we also didn’t put any work into it. The list wasn’t very robust because we only listed products that we ourselves used. We also rarely updated the list and didn’t always verify product contents with manufacturers as often as we should.
    We now work to add to and verify products on our list weekly, and we have the largest gluten free cosmetics and self-care products list available. Our subscription fees help us cover the cost of maintaining an up-to-date product list.
  3. Can I try the list for free?
    We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on each of our plans. If you choose to cancel your subscription within the first 30 days please email us from the member area contact form for a refund.
  4. Who created the cosmetics list?
    The Gluten Free Cosmetics List is a product of Gluten Free Basics LLC. In addition to this cosmetics list, we operate Gluten-Free Hub, a popular gluten free lifestyle website.
  5. How do you know the products are gluten free?
    We have had direct contact with each of the manufacturers on our cosmetics list, and we only list products that do not contain ingredients derived from wheat, barley, rye or oats. We also verify each product with the manufacturer every six months to ensure it’s still gluten free. We do encourage all of our subscribers to take the information we give them and contact the manufacturers directly themselves—this is the only way to ensure the products are truly gluten free.
  6. Can I ask you to research cosmetics brands or specific products for me?
    Yes! One of the best ways for us to build the list is for you to submit new cosmetics company names and/or product labels you would like us to check on. Simply fill out the contact form in the member area when you are logged in to submit your ideas.
  7. How often will my credit card be billed?
    Your credit card will be billed every 6 months or every 12 months until you cancel your subscription, depending on which payment option you chose.
  8. How do you process credit cards?
    We use PayPal to process all of our transactions.
  9. I don’t want to use a credit card. Can I still subscribe?
    PayPal allows you to pay with either a credit card or your checking account. It’s safe, simple and secure!
  10. I lost my username and/or password. How can I get back in?
